Service Description
When the owner of a vehicle is deceased the executor or personal representative will need to bring the following: *Valid government issued ID or Drivers License *Original or certified copy of death certificate *Letters Testamentary, Letters of Administration or Letter of Appointment *Original title (if the original is not available an appointment for duplicate title must be scheduled separately prior to this transaction) Please arrive at the office 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. To expedite the transaction please bring all requested documents and if possible bring the paperwork already filled out. This is a single transaction appointment, if you have other transactions that need to be processed please schedule the appropriate appointments separately. If the vehicle previously had permanent Z or P tags or specialty plates you will need to bring the plates in for your transaction so they can be surrendered. Alaska law requires insurance to be on any vehicles for road use. Please have insurance on the vehicle before your appointment.

To cancel please contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel. No call/no show will result in your future appointments being subject to cancellation or a non-refundable deposit being required at the time of scheduling.
